Return Policy

At Sideline Squad, every item is custom-made on demand through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each product is uniquely produced after you place your order, we follow the return guidelines below to keep things fair, transparent, and consistent for every customer.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since all of our items are made-to-order, we accept returns and replacements only when the product arrives with a verifiable issue caused by us or our fulfillment partner. Eligible cases include:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design
  • You received a wrong garment brand or wrong product type
  • The print is blurry, peeling, mis-scaled, or placed incorrectly (too high, too low, crooked, upside down, off-center, or in the wrong area)
  • The printed color differs noticeably from the design mockup due to a printing error
  • The garment arrived damaged, torn, with holes, stained, or with mechanical defects (e.g., broken zipper)
  • Embroidery issues (wrong thread color, loose threads, missing design parts, wrong density)
  • A visible white underbase appears on the edges or on the print
  • The actual product size differs from our published size chart by more than 3 cm
  • The parcel was lost in transit, or tracking has not updated for 30 days
  • The product was out of stock and you were not notified before fulfillment

2. Non-Returnable Situations

To stay consistent with the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The customer selected the wrong size, color, or design at checkout
  • The customer entered incorrect or insufficient shipping information
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color variations between the mockup and the final printed product (slight tonal differences are normal in printing)
  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling after delivery
  • Parcels that could not be delivered because the recipient did not sign or pick them up
  • Claims submitted more than 14 days after the product was received
  • Delays or losses caused by force majeure, customs, political events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control

3. Claim Window

  • Claims for misprinted, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
  • All claims submitted after these windows are no longer eligible.

4. How to Submit a Return Request

Email us at support@sidelinesquadco.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos or videos of the issue (taken in good lighting)
  3. A photo of the shipping label / package
  4. A short description of the problem
  5. Proof of measurement (only required for sizing claims)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1โ€“2 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not started.
  • If production has already begun, only the shipping fee can be refunded, as raw materials and printing have already been used.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

6. EU Consumers

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; and
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

For this reason, Sideline Squad reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for personalized or made-to-order items.
